The Trade Defence Instruments Working Group focuses on the effective implementation and enforcement of the EU’s anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard instruments. It works to ensure that European industry can rely on effective trade defence measures and addresses enforcement, circumvention and the functioning of investigations in an evolving global trading environment.
